Important Non-Refundable Service
Please note: Payments made for Domino's hosting services are non-refundable once the service has been activated or provisioned. This policy applies to all Domino's hosting plans, regardless of billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.).
Once you have purchased and we have activated your Domino's hosting account, we cannot issue a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Purchased the wrong product
- Found a better price elsewhere
- Technical issues that are resolvable through our support
- Non-usage of the hosting account
We recommend carefully reviewing your requirements before purchasing Domino's hosting services.
Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not provide refunds for digital downloads once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
We consider refund requests for digital products under the following circumstances:
- The product is defective or not as described
- You have not downloaded the product
- The product download link is broken and we cannot fix it
Note About Hosting Services
As stated above, Domino's hosting services are non-refundable. For other hosting services not explicitly mentioned as non-refundable, refunds may be considered within the first 30 days of service activation if the service has not been used and no resources have been allocated.
Refunds for Physical Products
We accept refunds for physical products within 7 days of receiving your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed
